Sanjeevani Rehabilitation Centre, Harrai
Sanjeevani Service Society has been working in the Block of Chhindwara through Community Based Rehabilitation for the Empowerment of Persons with Disability since 2010. It aims to strengthen programmes for the children with disabilities through Community based rehabilitation and associated institutional care for the empowerment of persons with disabilities especially for the children with disabilities in various ways such as awareness generation, early identification, diagnosis – treatment, income generation and advocacy. Now we wish to strengthen our existing programme and methods through an organized centre for rehabilitation through therapeutic and skill development facilitation at Block Head Quarter at Harrai. This centre would be benefited by persons with disabilities especially children and youth with disabilities and persons with serious illness. Our special target group would be children and youth.

NEW PLAYGROUND!

“Here I come again to share with you another blessing that our children in Haven of Hope have received, the addition of A NEW PLAYGROUND—WOW – all these wonderful new things to play on!!!!
You should have seen the surprised looks on the faces of our precious children when they arrived back at school, after a short break, to see a “NEW PLAYGROUND” – a playground full of so many new and exciting fun things to use and have fun with. So much new equipment that the children had never seen before and therefore did not know where to go first!! There was a “super slide”, monkey bars of all sizes, swings, a merry-go-round that you spin with your feet, balance beam, see-saw and many other exciting fun things to enjoy. You are a great blessing to me and my mission.”

We support Haven of Hope foundation which provides, shelter, instruction and living support for children living in poverty and for children with mental disability, wherever those children may be located.
